back from chalet yesteray. tired but happy. going to blog abt it now. reading arthur's blog at the same time, recalling as i go along. here it goes......

met yyidah at 5pm at khatib. was supposed to be 4pm but my dear girl overslept. haha (: chatted throughout the train journey to tampines. missed each other like hell. then we took bus 29 to the chalet. was abt 7pm by the time we reached there. sat at the bbq pit, enjoying the cool sea breeze and listening to soothing songs from the nearby pub. phone ful to let them know we've reached and to check out their whereabouts. since they are near the hawker centre, asked him to take away nasi lemak for me and yyidah. thanks ful!!! waited for quite awhile before the food came. saw edmund's wife, celeste, a very sweet and nice lady. so me and yyidah ate our dinner. then we watched Incredible Tales and America's Next Top Model. took a bath and joined the rest outside by the playground for a Truth or Dare game. most of us chose truth. only kim was daring enough to go back to the chalet room and performed a dance for us on the bed. the grp of us was watching her through the window and laughing like lunatics cos' it was rather hilarious. thanks kim for the joy you brought us!!! we continued with a 'Good & Bad' session by taking turns to tell each other our strengths and flaws. thanks guys, i learnt alot frm it, i'll wrk on my mood swings and become a better person k! then we went back to sleep. ful, kim, ling and yt took the beds. me, yyidah and arthur took the floor. rather hard... couldn't sleep. so arnd 3am, me, yyidah and arthur walked out to cheers to buy drinks. saw those "ladies" along the way, left, right, center and everywhere. all skimpily dressed, practically nude. rather an eye sore for me. went back to the chalet, it was already 3++ but still couldn't sleep. so yyidah, arthur and me went ahead and go to the beach first. was lying down there, looking at the stars and moon. feeling so at ease with the sea breeze and all. wrote 7 of our names on the sand and tried to take a picture of it but the names were too huge.

still at the beach. gave the rest a call to check if they've woke up and asked them to join us. but only kim and yt turned up, ful and ling still letting the bed bugs bite. haha (: we took silly pictures, played, ran and splashed abt like lil' kids. i got drenched but it was just pure euphoria! the sky brightened but there was still no sight of the sun. we were too busy enjoying ourselves to notice it though. headed back to the chalet for a bath as a grp of sticky, tangy and soaked teenagers. haha (: ful and ling still enjoying their beauty sleep. me and yyidah caught up on some sleep while the rest(kim, ling, ful, arthur and yt) enjoyed a lazy afternoon dip in the pool. they came back arnd 12pm, looking tanned. we headed to Changi Village for our lunch. had plans to go to Pulau Ubin but we went grocery shopping at tampines for the bbq instead. kim sat awhile in the trolley and got pushed arnd. we were behaving like excited lil' kids. haha (: cabbed back to the chalet. prepared for the bbq. was rather bored during the bbq. we were just eating a lil', chatting a lil' and listening to songs frm the pub. the song selection that night was rather bad. haha (: but we became more hyper(stood on benches, wave our hands and stuff) when "Higher by Creed" was being played. then edmund drove yyidah, arthur and me to Cheers to get some drinks. planning what to do after the bbq but ended up playing UNO(the game was never-ending with all the power cards) , Bluff(I just can't lie!) and Police & Thief(sometimes the police just can't catch the thief even when they're so obvious!) on the bed. damn funny. the 7 of us managed to squeeze and wrk out a sleeping arrangement on the two beds. somewhere through at 12plus, some of them got hungry so we got up to go to the nearby hawker centre for supper. went to chalet expecting to catch some sleep only to realise that edmund came back to stay overnight. so the plan for a gd night sleep was ruined. in the end, took our blankets and pillows and went to the beach to see the stars and sleep etc. edmund begin talking abt this nice place where you can see the planes at a close distance overhead. we were rather bored so we suggested going there. edmund made 2 trips to send us there. saw the planes, the sound was defending, but it was so close, as if we could just reach out and touch it. edmund, ful, yt and arthur was playing 'Bridge' while kim, yyidah and me was literally sleeping by the cycling path on the pavement. an experience for me. haha (: arthur actually took some rather funny CSI pics of kim sleeping. edmund drove kim back to sleep arnd 3am & yyidah went along to get some things for us. so we waited for them to come back and walked to the nearby bus-stop, enjoying the night breeze and talking. went back to the chalet at 4 plus. the rest hit the bed while edmund, arthur, ful and me walked to Changi Beach Park to wait for sun rise. talked and lied on the beach in the dark. clumsy and unlucky me touched some grease that was so diff. to get off. stink like hell and end up having brown sticky hands. while i was lamenting at my fate, the rest was like sniggering away. haha (: but i had fun. the sun rise was beautiful. we were just standing/sitting there, feeling the breeze, listening to the waves and watching the sun casting it rays. wished i could share it with the others who were sleeping. it was a wonderful experience.

got some drinks at the hawker centre and went back to the chalet.had a hard time getting rid of the awful mess of grease. we packed our stuff and caught some winks in between. checked out at 10am, a tired but happy lot of pple i think.
